Planning and Design
After we meet with you for the first time and have a basic idea of your desires, we perform a detailed site analysis and surveying as initial activities to determine a potential
scope of the project and prepare for the design segment.
Then we create a conceptual design to help visualize the ideas for your ideal outdoor space, tailored to your comfort level. We use computer and/or hand drawings, sketches, detail drawings, and color renderings in 2D or 3D, depending on the complexity of the project.
Construction Documents
In order to take your project from the conceptual stage to the actual installation, we can create all the detailed and precise construction documents necessary: This includes plans for grading, hardscapes, planting, irrigation, utilities, lighting, and any structures or special features such as pools and spas, shade structures, outdoor kitchens, water features, retaining walls, raised decks and fire pits. We will work with architects, engineers and expert specialists of other trades as needed.
Permits
If your project requires permits from a homeowner’s association, the city or the county, we can assist in obtaining them by creating, organizing and submitting the necessary plans and coordinating the process with other involved parties such as architects, engineers and other trade partners like pool builders, masons, plumbers and electricians.
Project Management
For the construction phase of your landscape, we offer complete turn-key project management services by using our experience and know-how on your behalf: From choosing the most qualified installers to organizing the project contracts, schedule and related bureaucracy to working with the installers during the entire construction process. Top notch communication and quality control during construction is vital – we want you to love your landscape once it is completed, and want to get you there as smoothly as possible.
